Carpet production

Thanks to our extensive experience and enormous flexibility, we managed to convince the Duren customer that we should manufacture his machine. The task that we were given was to cut carpets extremely efficiently. The CO2 laser turned out to be the ideal technology. In order to achieve high cutting dynamics, we used the design and control of our Fobia fiber laser cutter as the basis of the machine. In order to be as productive as possible, ultra-light tables have been designed, allowing for a very quick exchange, so as to provide support for a non-rigid carpet in the 2500x2500mm format. The unique end result positively surprised the customer!
