The UNI-KAT company edits and administers the website at www.uni-kat.pl, which is made available to people using the website (Website Users). For proper use of the website, the user should install Adobe Reader, Flash Player and configure his browser to read files in JavaScript format.

UNI-KAT declares that the presentation of products on the Website does not constitute an offer within the meaning of the Civil Code and is for information purposes only. Privacy policy – general provisions
- The data administrator is Uni-kat Sp. z o.o. with headquarters in Grabowiec, ul. Słoneczna 13, 87-162 Lubicz (NIP: 879-244-31-24). Data protection is carried out in accordance with the requirements of generally applicable law, and their storage takes place on secured servers.
- For the purposes of better reception of the Privacy Policy, the term “User” has been replaced with the terms “You”, “Administrator” – “We”. The term “GDPR” means Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016. on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46 / EC.
- We respect the right to privacy and we care about data security.
- Personal data provided in the contact form are treated as confidential and are not visible to unauthorized persons.
Data Administrator
- The service provider is the administrator of personal data sent in the contact form, such as: name, surname, e-mail address, telephone number, position, place of work, IP address.
- The service provider is also the administrator of people subscribed to the newsletter.
- Personal data is processed in accordance with the provisions on the protection of personal data and the implemented Privacy Policy, for technical purposes, IT protection of the Website resources and the security of the Website servers, as well as the collection of statistical data allowing to improve the quality of the Website. These data are collected to the extent and for the purpose necessary to fulfill legitimate interests and in accordance with the consent given, if you browse the Website or subscribe to the newsletter, and their processing does not violate the rights and freedoms of the data subject.
- Each data subject (if we are their administrator) has the right to access data, rectify, delete or limit processing, the right to object, the right to lodge a complaint to the supervisory body.

The website www.uni-kat.pl uses cookies. These are small text files sent by a web server and stored by the browser computer software.
