Production of ventilation elements

The prototype line of the Glimmer plasma cutter was created to maximize the productivity of plasma cutting of ventilation fittings. The whole consists of a straightening and developing section equipped with 3 decoilers and a Glimmer plasma cutter with an interchangeable table. In this case, Glimmer received two plasma supports armed with Hypertherm Powermax 45XP aggregates. This solution is not only enormous efficiency, but also saves material, because we unroll exactly as much sheet metal from the coil as we need for cutting. One person is enough to operate the device, whose work is practically limited to collecting ready-made elements. It is definitely a Unique solution!
