Water cutting (waterjet)

Our company has been operating in Poland for many years and deals with the implementation of professional services performed on numerically controlled machines. Recently, the company’s offer has been enriched with, among others, cutting with a water jet, the so-called waterjet. Great possibilities of machines

Modern machine facilities as well as a team of very experienced employees make us able to meet even the non-standard expectations of our customers. The large working area allows us to handle materials with dimensions of up to 1500 x 3000 mm and thickness up to 100 mm. The pressure of the water stream we operate is 4100 bar, which enables us to cut materials such as steel, aluminum, copper, natural stone, glass and also plastics. All this to meet the requirements of each recipient.

Water cutting carried out by our company is considered to be one of the most ecological methods of processing various types of materials. No harmful vapors, gases or exhaust gases are produced during the works, and the processing itself is extremely efficient. The water cutting technique can be used not only for simple machining. In our work, we use cold cutting, thanks to which all materials sensitive to high temperatures can be handled with this technique.
