Machine for the production of single-use cardboard pallets in Ikea standard

Constructed and built to order from the factory of the German concern, a large supplier of Ikea. It has the ability to glue the legs in virtually any configuration. Includes a built-in editable library of available palette types. The machine glues 4,000 to 8,000 pallet feet in a shift (8h), depending on the pallet configuration. After testing the first copy, the client ordered another 7 plotters.

• Steel structure, milled, stress-relieved
• The gate is made of aluminum
• Three-suction gripper with the possibility of turning the leg at an angle of 90 °

• Roller gluer with automatic glue level sensor
• The pump feeding the glue from the external container cooperating with the gluer
• Two leg magazines (180x90mm; 140x90mm) with a system of feeders and positioning (for about 5 minutes of work)
• Pallet positioning system

• Manual sheet feeding and collection of the finished pallet
• Optical barriers securing the working field during work
• Capacity: 4500-6200 feet per shift (about 7h, depending on the operator)
